Standard Shipping Rates

United States

Our standard shipping rate is $2.95 which includes shipping and handling for all orders shipped within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Customers who order $75 dollars or more worth of our products will receive a surprise free gift chosen from our inventory by the designer himself, Ron Ritnour. Customers who order $100 dollars or more worth of our product will receive the free gift plus free S&H!

Notice: Ritnour Originals uses all S&H fees for all expenses related to the shipping process. We work hard not to let this process become a profit center.

Ritnour Originals is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control.

International

Currently Ritnour Originals doesn't process international orders online. International orders can be requested by emailing or by calling customer service at 1 (541) 579-0394. International orders online are planned for the future. Updates will be posted periodically.

International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling.

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

Weekdays: All in-stock items ship on the next business day by 5PM (PST). Because most of our products at Ritnour Originals are Hand-Made, out of stock items will be reproduced within five business days and mailed no later than the sixth business day (excluding weekends). An email updating customers on the progress of their order will be sent if customer fills in email request box during ordering process online.

Weekends: If your order is placed on the weekend, it will ship on the next business day if item is in current stock.

Shipping Method(s)

United States

United States Postal Service (USPS) is our default shipping method.
Priority Mail Service, typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days from the day mailed, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.
Other options such as Federal Express or UPS can be used at customer expense by special order requested by phone or email.
These charges vary by parcel weight and delivery zone.

Return Policy & Returning an Item

At Ritnour Originals we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We check each piece carefully for defects and quality before shipping. If you notice an obvious flaw after you receive your item, we will gladly take it back and refund the original purchase price or exchange it for another item of equal value within 30 days of your invoice. Shipping & handling fees are NOT refundable. Any item you wish to return that is not defective (ordered wrong size, etc.), we will gladly exchange it for another item of equal value (you will be responsible for shipping cost back to you). During the Christmas holiday season, allow some extra time for returns. For obvious health reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Custom sized or custom made items are NOT refundable - so, please be sure you have chosen the correct stone you want and/or the correct length you want an item to be. We will do everything possible to make your custom order as special as possible.

If you need to return an item to us: email customer service at ritnour@msn.com within 30 days of your invoice date (Does not include shipping time). State which item you plan to return and the reason for the return. Items returned must be new (not worn) and in original packaging. Send a copy of your invoice with return. Wrap the item in bubble wrap, ship it in a sturdy cardboard box, and insure the package, or we cannot accept any responsibility for your return. You will receive prompt refund or exchange once the item is received. If exchanging, note which item you wish to have as the replacement from website. For exchanges not due to a defect, please include your credit card information (card #, expiration date, and the 3 digit security code) in the package, for shipping charges back to you.

In the event that you need to return a partial order or items for which you have received a quantity discount, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept.

Disclosures and Product Warnings!

Many Products sold by Ritnour Originals are made with small components such as beads, wires, and jewelry components etc. Keep jewelry or components away from small children or animals because of the possibility for them to become a choking hazard.

Ritnour Originals also uses many magnetic clasps in our jewelry designs. Be careful not to pinch skin between magnetic closures when adorning jewelry. Some magnets are believed to erase credit card information or affect pacemakers. Keep magnets away from credit cards, computers, and pacemakers. Although Ritnour Originals has never seen evidence of said magnetic dangers caution is still advised.

Also, pregnant women are encouraged to seek medical advice from a licensed medical doctor concerning exposure to magnets.
